Dragon Cement-Plausible Private Well Water Contamination.

It is highly probable and logical due to other tests which indicated presence of contaminates that Dragon would then be responsible for contribution of contaminates and or toxic elements being deposited into the Aquifers and transported via that route to Private Well Water sources for many residents of several towns behind Dragon's property boundaries from the piles of manufacturing waste and other plant emission sources. Please see the Town of Thomaston's Land Use Ordinance: town.thomaston.me.us Once there, click on "DOC" not PDF, and look for Article II Section 716.14 "Water Quality". (According to a former employee)It was mentioned to me there was "burying" of 55 gallon drums which "may" have "contained some kind of chemical" So I was informed in 2004 or 2005. This individual (who has asked me not to identify him)told me that an "older, retired, employee working at night was a witness to the dumping of dozens if not hundreds of these 55 gallon drums which were believed to have contained waste chemicals." I was shocked with what I had just heard, and then asked him where they may have been dumped? I was told by this individual that from what was known " The drums were either dumped in the CKD quarry or the "other" quarry behind the plant." At that point in time I was unaware the CKD pile was actually sitting deep (possibly over 120 feet deep)in an unlined quarry. That was an eye-opener, and it is reasonable to conclude from what was described to me by this individual (I ...

Dragon Dumping/Filling In Old Quarry.

Also see my website: dragondamage.org and my blog: scdarney.blogspot.com *Canada knows what cement pollution is: www.ec.gc.ca Water Quality Topics: www.h2ou.com **RECENT NEWSPAPER ARTICLE LINK: knox.villagesoup.com Dragon is seen here transporting a very dark substance (large quantities} to an old expoded, water filled (really dirty looking water)quarry and bulldosing the unknown material into the water filled hole in the fractured earth. Is Dragon permitted to do this? More importantly, if they are permitted has the "Fill", debris, or "other" substances been TESTED prior to being pushed over the edge into the quarry water, to make certain that it is not harmful to the AQUIFERS?? Is there any residual material from the thousands of pounds of explosives {ANFO, Emgel, or Slurran, blasting caps, detonating material, etc.), which they use for blowing up the earth?? It should also be noted the amount of scrap metal, a "cement" mixer? from the back of a cement truck, tires, remnance of vehicle parts?, piles of various scrap metal, trash, and who knows what else, that is littering the quarry ledge. Someone NEEDS to make certain that this is cleaned up, PROPERLY DISPOSED OF, OR MORE APPROPRIATELY THE METAL SHOULD BE RECYCLED AND TEST THE SUBSTANCE(S) THAT ARE BEING BULLDOSED INTO THE WATER FILLED QUARRY. (Empahsis Added) Just what the heck is wrong with this picture?? NO RESPECT WHAT-SO-EVER, that is for sure. "It is our duty as Human Beings to protect what provides for us ...
